What areas do you cover?
The London Chocolate Fondue Company covers the whole of London and surrounding counties including Kent, Surrey and Essex. There is no extra charge for delivery, and we ensure that we are set up at your venue 1 hour before your event commences.

Do I need to supply anything?
Just a table that is 4 foot in diameter and a 13 amp power supply, everything else you can leave to us. Most venues are happy to supply the table and electricity, as long as they recieve sufficient notice prior to the event.

Do you add oil to the chocolate?
Absolutely not! We only use the finest belgian chocolate in our fountains, giving you and your guests the chocolate experience you deserve.

Do your 'fully trained operators' have food hygiene certificates?
Yes,all of our operators carry a food hygiene certificate, and we also have full public liability insurance. We are registered with the local authorities, and keep up to date with changing food and hygiene legislation.

Can I choose dips that are not on the menu?
Yes, if you have any 'special requests' (dips, themes, decorations) please contact us and we will do all we can to provide this for you.

what if a guest has a nut allergy?
The chocolate we use is free from traces of nuts. However, please check with our fully trained operator about the dips you have selected for your event.

Can I use the fountain outside?
Because of wind affecting the flow and temperature of the chocolate,the fountain is best operated indoors. If your event is in a secure marquee with stable flooring and a power supply, we see no reason why our chocolate fountain can't be part of your occasion.

Please let us know the date, time and type of event you're having and any other special requirements or questions you would like to ask. A deposit is required and the balance to be payed in full 14 days prior to the event.
